Was trying to push threshold in various ways today — with overdistance 225s, with underwater swimming, with fast 25s on short rest, and with the tether.

Wanted to work all the strokes today and give my knees a rest, so almost all of this practice is fins (and some Tempo Trainer).

Main focus is USMS nationals in 5 weeks, but this weekend is the local USMS championships, so a mini taper seemed like the right thing to do today.
