I must admit, Iwent fly/free on the butterfly. No sense in flailing through the water. Backstroke I just worked on feeling my hips rolling from side to side. The breaststroke, I just built up to the 2nd 100, and didn't sprint, but swam a strong 100 at 1:07.That was about it for the morning, except for the shower.
