Everything on this day seemed to add up to about a 1,000, which made adding everything up, pretty darn simple.1,000 warm-up - That's goes without saying doesnt it? I did my usual mix it up swimming, pulling, and kicking.3 x 300 on 4:30 followed by a 100 kickAll freestyle, I played with stroke count and speed on these. Mostly held them at about 3:30 but varied the stroke count from 11 - 14, and realized that 13-14 was really the easiest as I was really able to maintain good rhythm.3 x 200 on 3:00 followed by 3 x 100 IM on 1:45, followed by 100 kickSmooth and mostly pretty easy. The IM's picked up the pace a little, but with good rest, it allowed the speed to be a little higher.To be honest, I can't remember the rest of the practice. I've been so busy working on a few things, that I forgot to post this. I'll do better in the futuer. sorry about that.I do know that we did 4,300 for the morning, and even though I've fallen way off pace for the monthly goal, every little bit adds up.
