I think everyone was just plain tired this morning. Didn't seem like anyone was really motivated to practice, so we just kinda went through the motions, and still had a good time.800 warm-up10 x 25 - easy fast, then fast easy by 12-1/2 - these were on the :308 x 50 on alternate swim on the :45 and kick on the 1:008 x 75 on the 1:20 IM order with no freestyle6 x 100 with changing intervals - 1:30, 1:25, 1:20, 1:20, 1:25, 1:30. My goal on these was to hold around 1:05's on all of them, I accomplished that, but man was I tired. Seemed to have NO POP this morning at all.Finished with 4 x 200 on 3:00 pull.I was completely blah this morning. Hey, it happens, I'll be better the next time I go back.
