Last day of the year, I figured I could end this year better than I ended the last.Pretty simply practice, because I left early to go home. Family in town, and I needed to get back to them.We had to fight for a lane because the pool didn't open until 10, and there were a lot of regulars there.I went 6 sets of the following:100 Free on 1:40100 Kick on 2:00100 IM on 2:00100 Pull on 1:40Cruised the free, worked the kick, making sure they were all under 1:25. Worked the IM's trying to keep them smooth, and around 1:15. and cruised the pull. it was a nice swim and just what I needed to get this last day of the year started on a productive note.
