If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is a movie with a voice explanation of what thepicture is doing worth? Well, figure it this way, these clips are produced at about 15 frames (or pictures) per second. The video clip this week is about 77 seconds long, which equals approximately 1,155 pictures. That means... well... you get the PICTURE.
What I'm really trying to say is, I'm not writing an explanation of this drill, because the video clip is from our upcoming Basic Technique DVD to be released in the next 4-6 weeks. You'll get a taste of what's included in that DVD, along with the voiceover to explain in brief what to do, and what to watch out for.
We hope you enjoy it.
