Hello Again,
Well, after prelims i have developed black lung. I think I'm going to have to take up smoking just to recover. There is a healthy black cloud hovering above the pool, and I think the Marlboro Man himself would be envious. The swims were okay, I'll go faster tonight, I just didn't warm up much this morning.
