Fran Crippen Live Your Dash Magnets

A few weeks ago I was sent a link about SwimNJ creating a Fran Crippen "Live Your Dash" magnet.

The proceeds will benefit Fran's Elevation Foundation.

This is what my fridge looks like right now, but you can imagine this will dwindle down as I use these magnets to inspire young swimmers to "Live Your Dash."

Live the Dash stands for the symbol that stands on your gravestone that represents your life.  1984 - 2010.  It's not the beginning or the end that matter the most... it's how you live the dash in between.
