Freestyle - Learn to Swim Freestyle - Step 1

Here's a sneak preview of a basic freestyle video we're working on.

We're sure you've seen this extremely simple technique before, but as we move this forward, you'll be presented with many options in how to build your freestyle.  There are more exciting aspects about this video / course as well, and we'll be releasing details over the next few weeks.

Take a quick look, and no matter what level of swimmer you are, always remember to revisit the basics every once in a while.  There's always something else to learn.
