Tried to swim as easy as possible holding under specific pace
Easy 100 recovery
3 x 100 pull on 1:30
Using small paddles, kept under specific time
Easy 100 recovery
2 x 50 on 1:00 all out, choice of stroke
Easy 100 cool down
