Don't worry about what to do when you get to the bottom, push off and start swimming. Focus on getting down to the bottom with ONLY the pushoff.
Main Set (short course yards):
- 10 x 25 on :30 - At the bulkhead end, IF possible, push off down to the bottom, and push off the bottom into swimming.
- 4 x 100 on 1:30 very long walls
- 200 kick your choice - palette cleans
- 10 x 50 on :50 - After your turn, push off toward the bottom, then push off the bottom into your swim.
- 4 x 100 on 1:30 very long walls
- 200 kick your choice - palette cleans
- 10 x 25 on :30 - At the bulkhead end, IF possible, push off down to the bottom, and push off the bottom into swimming.
