It's all about the intervals on this one.
With so many variations in ability, keeping the entire group together is sometimes a tough call. This set is a good way to keep the group a bit more together and offer challenges to everyone.
Each lane will be doing something different, staying with their ability to make the intervals on each set. They can decide which part will be hard, and which part will be smooth. Or if the entire set is going to be easy or fast.
While we did this practice in a short course yards pool, there really isn't much difference if you're doing long course meters except that the final part of the set may have be dropped... so maybe start a bit slower and figure it out.
Now challenge here will be... what would YOU do?
Design your practice for your lane based on the following parameters:
4 on 1:30
4 on 1:15
4 on 1:00
