A nice 200 set for lunch at noon masters practice today.
Making the set easy to follow, and easy to make, but adding a couple changes to make for a more interseting set.
Main Set (short course yards)
- 3 x 200 on 3:00 - just swim them smooth
- 3 x 200 on 3:00 - first 50 is kick, then freestyle
- 3 x 200 on 3:00 - first 50 is any stroke other than freestyle, then finish with free
- 3 x 200 on 3:00 - swim, but holding fastest average 200 of what you have left
A simple set that can be as easy or as difficult as you want to make it.
