In what turns out to be a bit more torturous than it initially sounds, incorporating this drill for an entire practice keeps you thinking.

Main Set (short course yards):
 - 400 with the pull buoy held between the ankles.
 - 8 x 50 swim
 - 300 with pull buoy held between the ankles.
 - 6 x 50 swim
 - 200 with pull buoy held between the ankles.
 - 4 x 50 swim
 - 100 with pull buoy held between the ankles.
 - 2 x 50 swim
