Another drill / swim set.  This one is actually a bit more challenging in a few ways, but enjoyable.

This set incorporates the ankle buoy drill to help develop and maintain posture through the core while swimming.  It also helps to teach stabilization of the bodyline through the feet... and... well... it helps build strength in the groin by squeezing the legs together to hold the pull-buoy in, and also works the core because you have to keep everything tight to maintain all the lines.

Sure... that's a horrible gramatical sentance, but the point was... this is a great drill with lots o' benefits.  If you don't know what it is... check it out here.

Main Set (short course yards):
 - 100 smooth - take :10 - :15 seconds between swims.
 - 100 ankle buoy drill
 - 100 smooth
 - 200 ankle buoy drill
 - 100 smooth
 - 300 ankle buoy drill
 - 100 smooth
 - 200 ankle buoy drill
 - 100 smooth
 - 100 ankle buoy drill

If all goes according to plan, by the end of this set, you should feel it physically and technically.  Enjoy
