Want to find out just what your best interval can be? Here's a quick test set that the entire team can do together.
When a swimmer reaches the end of their ability to make the intervals, they can either sit out until the last person in their lane finishes.
It starts off pretty slowly, and you have the option to do any stroke, or drill, or kick, until you're forced to do freestyle.
If you want, you can go as far as you want, and then start over.
