Long pull set but with some intensity.
It's a simple set, but working on various strokes makes it go by faster, and picking up the pace on the non-freestyle makes it very challenging as well.
Main Set (long course meters):
• 6 x 300 pull
• Odds are smooth freestyle on 4:30
• Evens are non-free on 5:00
I have to say, it was a great chance to work on backstroke, which made it much easier to complete the set compared to trying 300's breaststroke. It was fun actually.
