Swimming some long course mixing more freestyle and stroke.
Just like yesterday's practice, this set gives some good opportunity to get some swimming in, while offering the swimmers the opportunity to practice good stroke technique on the alternating 50's.
Main Set (Long course meters):
• 4 x 50 kick on 1:00
• 4 x 100 on 1:25 - mix up the strokes
• 4 x 50 kick on :50 - this was the tough part
• 4 x 200 on 2:45 - mix up your strokes if possible (not possible for me)
