Some LONG pulling this morning mixed in with some fast swimming.
• 800 pull with paddles and pull-buoy on 10:30 (long course meters)
• 6 x 100 on 1:30 fast
• 600 pull with paddles and pull-buoy on 8:00
• 4 x 100 on 1:30 fast
• 400 pull with paddles and pull-buoy on 5:20
• 6 x 50 on 1:30 FAST!!!
The pull was supposed to be smooth and recovery (which becomes the main set when you're older). This was a set for kids and wasn't meant for old people... so it was much tougher to do exactly what was asked... at least for me.
