Master Training Considerations

Hi,I'm a 40 master swimmer, I've been training since march, 1 hour per day, 6 day a week and the program is between 1.800 and 2.600 meters. I am preparing to participe in a very important championship the second week of october, I will swim 50m, 100m, 200m breaststroke and of course I want to do my best. I believe that my training is not appropiate for the courses I will do in october. I would say that about 95% of the training is in freestyle and some days I do nothing in breaststroke. The result is that I do not feel comfortable swimming breaststroke as I feel in freestyle and I believe that is a problem of practice. A typical practice session is a) 400m warm up en freestyleb) 600 m series of speed 4x 25m, pull drills and kick drills in freestyle, c) main set is 1.200m; 4@ 300m or 2@ 2x100, 4x50, 8x25 or 4 @ 8x50) d) cooldown is 200mI never practice turns, pullouts, and starts.I told my coach about this but he has not change the program, I am giving up. I bought all the DVDs related to breaststroke. They have been very helpful, I have learned a lot.I need your advices, I already have time and I know you can help me, I really want to be well prepared for october. Thanks in advance
