Short but very challenging. Kinda fun however.
This set allows swimmers to change their strokes, or work on technique... and then requires them to hammer a few very fast lengths.
Main Set (short course yards):
• 4 x 100 on 1:30 - choice of stroke
• 3 x 75 on 1:05 - choice of stroke
• 2 x 50 on :40 - choice of stroke
• 1 x 25 on :15 - choice of stroke (which means freestyle for me)
• 1 x 100 on 1:30 - choice of stroke
• 2 x 75 on 1:05 - choice of stroke
• 3 x 50 on :40 - choice of stroke
• 4 x 25 on :15 - choice of stroke again (which means a ver fast 100 freestyle with open turns)
Repeat 2 or 3 times as time allows.
Like with other sets, this set focuses on the last few 25's, and everything else is in preparation for those.
