New Jersey Mini Clinic

Due to popular demand from our swim-clinic alumni, we will be holding a mini clinic in central New Jersey, at Monmouth University. This is a great opportunity to learn the little things that will help big time.

This three-hour mini clinic is open to all swimmers, and will cover all four competitive strokes. We'll give you things (big and small) to focus on as you swim. We will also cover the racing skills you need to be your best -- starts, turns, and finishes.

In addition, each swimmer will receive a personalized DVD with voice-over analysis plus footage of drills suggested for improving their strokes. This feature makes each DVD a more permanent learning tool.
