A quick shot of one of our great Navy swimming friends from the Santa Clara Grand Prix swim meet.

Find some clear water, and work on your stroke for warm-up.  You can't just go to the pool when everyone else does... sometimes the best time to warm-up is when everyone else is back at the hotel.
