Thinking set, and you'll need to watch the swimmers closely, as this isn't a tough set unless they do it correctly.
The goal of the set is to take the exact same number of strokes, and complete each 50 in the exact same time through the entire set. It's not as easy as it sounds if you're doing it as indicated:
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - use tightly closed fists.
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - regular swim
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - use paddles and pull-buoy
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - use paddles and pull-buoy
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - regular swim
- 4 x 50 free on :45 - use tightly closed fists.
