Swimming Pic of the Week - June 9, 2011

Here's a couple pics from practice this morning.  

The first is a pic of breaststroke with the swimmer just heading up to air.  The second is a common swimming tool with the swimmer working on her freestyle.  Tell us as much as you can about either of these pics.
