Swimming Pic of the Week - March 3, 2009

This short video shows the runoff of a small lake next to the pool we were filming at in northern California this week. When the lake starts to overflow, the water is directed right behind the pool. The sound, and view of this heavily running water showed us what we're up against when we try to swim quickly through it.

It's much stronger than we are.
