A nice return-to-the-pool IM set.
Getting back in the swing of things is always a bit tough. Trying to keep things interesting is also tough. Balancing interest and safety is very important when you're starting a new season. This set allows you to swim a bit of stroke, while working on some fitness. It's not too tough, which also allows for good technique while you're doing the alternate strokes.
