Had only 45 minutes to do a taper practice for the New England Champs this weekend. WARMUP: 60050 Hand-Lead Dolphin Kick50 Hand-Lead Flutter Kick50 Hand-Lead Breast Kick200 Free/Back250 EZ Breast Kick in all positionsMAIN SET: 10001 X 200 Breast at about 85% effort. Tried to stay relaxed on the swimming, but intense on the turns. Took 7 strokes/length first 100, then 8 s/l next 50, then 9, then 10. [3:09]100 EZ recovery backstroke1 X 100 Breast same as above. 7-8-9-10 strokes. [1:27]100 EZ recovery backstroke1 X 100 Free at about 80%, holding breathing pattern I will use in the race.
