WARMUP: 900Twice through the following -- once with fins, once with no fins:50 dolphin50 flutter50 dolphin200 back/free200 EZ breast kick all positionsMAIN SET: 1600Tried to work the kick portions of this, and use the 200s as recovery.1 X 200 breast kick with Zura Sidekick -- second 100 faster than first 100 [went 1:58 +1:52 = 3:50]200 "IM" with pull buoy -- 25 kick/25 scull in each stroke2 X 100 breast kick with regular kickboard on 2:15 descend [went 1:40...1:35]200 freestyle pull with pull buoy, breathing every 2/every 54 X 50 breast kick with regular kickboard on 1:05 descend [went 47...47...47...46]200 freestyle pull, breathing every 2/every 54 X 25 breast on :30 sendoff (or :10 RI). Used a Tempo Trainer set to beep every 10 seconds. [went 20...20...20...19] Was going to call it quits after the 4 X 25, but my stroke was starting to feel good on the 4th 25 and I wanted to try to capture the timing again, so decided to do a recovery swim and try the set again with more rest...200 EZ backstroke4 X 25 breast on :40 sendoff.
