After the last few practices in a 13-yard pool, swimming in a 20-yard pool today felt like I was in a HUGE pool. And it was nice not to be tied to a tether! I wanted to swim some EZ IM today because I'm doing the 200 and 400 IM at worlds, but also wanted to swim some fast-cadence breast.WARMUP: 600No equipment40 dolphin40 flutter40 breast kick200 free/back200 breast kick all positions80 free/backROUND #1: 900400 IM with fins.
