I took the main set from the UV Rays Masters practice and modified it a bit to make it more of a breast/back practice.WARMUP: 700With Zura Alpha fins:100 dolphin on front100 flutter100 dolphin on back100 free/100 back200 EZ breast kick all positionsMAIN SET: 1500 + 200Swim straight through the following. Used 1:30 sendoff for the 75s, 2:30 for the 125s, and 1:00 for the 50s.
