Mostly pulling today, with some nice descends to keep things interesting.

This was our Masters main set today...1800 yards/meters.
Take roughly 30-45 seconds between segments, and roughly 20-30 seconds between swims within a segment.   Try to control your pace to achieve the descends, rather than mush your way through at one speed.   

1 X 150 kick, choice, no fins

2 X 150 swim, choice; descend 1-2

3 X 150 pull; descend 1-3

1 X 100 kick, choice, no fins

2 X 100 swim, choice; descend 1-2

3 X 100 pull; descend 1-3

1 X 50 kick, choice, no fins

2 X 50 swim, choice; descend 1-2

3 X 50 pull; descend 1-3
