4 x 200 Free pull on 2:30 - make the interval
4 x 300 IM on 4:15 - make the interval
4 x 400 Free on 5:00 - make the interval
4 x 300 Free pull on 4:00 - must be under 3:30 for the swim to count
4 x 200 IM on 3:00 - must be under 2:30
4 x 100 Free on 2:00 - must be under 1:00
Since the heavier training of summer is just starting, it's important to pace yourself through the entire set. It's also important to sell out (get rid of all the doughnuts) on the first 25 of a swim at the END of practice. Even though you're hurting, you still have to put yourself IN the race.
