IM set this week! If you don't have a swim cord/swim tether, do 5 rounds instead of 4 rounds.
Swim four rounds of the following, with 2 X 25 resisted swim against the cord after each round. Descend time on the 100 IMs throughout the set.
1 X 200 FL/FR/BK/FR/BR/FR/FR/FR on :30 RI
1 X 150 BK/FR/BR/FR/FR/FR on :25 RI
1 X 100 IM on :20 RI
1 X 50 Choice (anything but freestyle)/FR
2 X 25 on the cord
