This week's set offers five different ways to do 50 swims on a 1:30 sendoff. Unless you're looking for a really long practice, choose just one of the following scenarios. Remember: EVERYTHING is on a 1:30 sendoff and there are no breaks within the set. Choose the scenario you think you can handle. Fins are OK. IM is OK. Choice is OK (even kicking and pulling).
This is a good team-building practice because every lane, no matter what their ability level, is leaving on the same sendoff (although sometimes they'll be leaving from opposite ends of the pool). No matter which scenario your lane chooses, every lane finishes with 3 X 50 at the end of the set. Allow 75 minutes for the set.
