This week's set allows lots of room for personal choice, but keeps all members of the team on the same sendoff.

MAIN SET:
Throughout the set, everything is choice of stroke, distance, and equipment. Kicking, pulling, and drilling are OK. All you have to do is make the sendoffs. Once you start the set, there are no breaks except for the 20 extra seconds of rest between segments.
