5 X 200 on a sendoff/turnaround that gives approximately 30 seconds rest on the first 200; descend time 1-5
Swim each 200 as:
25 kick on your back, alternating 1 dolphin and 1 breaststroke kick
25 body-dolphin breaststroke (AKA pulse breaststroke)
25 kick on your back, alternating 2 dolphins and 1 breaststroke kick
25 breaststroke, alternating one stroke with a dolphin kick and one stroke with a breaststroke kick
25 kick on your back, alternating 3 dolphins and 1 breaststroke kick
