Four rounds of the following:
4 X 150
1 X 100 recovery, choice (pulling, or kick with fins is OK)
Round #1: 150s are 75 Fly + 25 Back + 25 Breast + 25 Free
Round #2: 150s are 25 Fly + 75 Back + 25 Breast + 25 Free
Round #3: 150s are 25 Fly + 25 Back + 75 Breast + 25 Free
Round #4: 150s are 25 Fly + 25 Back + 25 Breast + 75 Free
Try to descend time 1 to 4 on each round.
Total Yardage: 2800
For a shorter version (2200 yards), substitute 125s for the 150s, and do 1 X 50 as recovery between rounds.
