This week's set keeps everyone on the same sendoff or turnaround...and challenges all levels of swimmers.
Do the set as a group! The swims are choice of distance, choice of stroke (or kick) and choice of kit. Do what you need to do to make the sendoffs! Take an extra 30 seconds rest between rounds. Keep it rolling! You don't have to swim the same distance on each of the four swims within a segment, e.g., 4 swims on 2:00 could be 1 X 125...1 X 100...1 X 125...1 X 100.
