IM set this week. It’s designed to keep a wide variety of swimmers on the same “sendoff/turnaround.”

Fins are optional. You could use them as necessary to keep your descend going.
Goal: Descend your time on the 225s
1 X 25 Fly or Fly drill on a sendoff that gives most swimmers approx. 10 seconds rest (We used :35 for SCM.)
1 X 225 (75 Backstroke + 75 Breaststroke + 75 Freestyle)

2 X 25 Fly or Fly drill on same sendoff as before
1 X 225 (75 Backstroke + 75 Breaststroke + 75 Freestyle)
75 easy
3 X 25 Fly or Fly drill on same sendoff as before
1 X 225 (75 Backstroke + 75 Breaststroke + 75 Freestyle)
100 easy
