Recovery set this week.  They can't all be fast!

Three rounds of the following.  Take 20-30 seconds rest between swims.  Keep it aerobic.  Pick a focus point to carry you through, e.g., keep the wrist straight, keep elbows high, keep your exhale smooth and continuous

1 X 200 freestyle pull with paddles and pull buoy
1 X 200 alternate 25 kick on your back/25 anything but free (ABF)
1 X 200 with fins, alternate 25 free/25 ABF
1 X 200 IM, no equipment; 25 drill/25 swim in each stroke
