Here's a 2600-yard/meter IM set that will keep you on your toes, mentally, and keep you off balance in terms of how much energy you have when transitioning from one stroke to the next.
Swim four times through the following. Pick a sendoff that gives approximately 30 seconds rest after each 250. On the broken 125s, get your time on the 100s free and descend time from round 1 through round 4.
1 X 250 (100 FL + 75 BK + 50 BR + 25 FR)
1 X 250 (25 FL + 50 BK + 75 BR + 100 FR)
1 X 125, broken (25 stroke, IM order...rest 10 seconds, then 100 FR)
Easy 25 recovery to get back to the end of the pool where you started the set.
