Freestyle set this week, with a chance to use paddles of different sizes.

MAIN SET:  1500/1950Swim three (or four) rounds of the following.Goals:  Achieve the descend within each round AND descend your times from Round 1 through Round 3 (or 4).Modifications:

  • If you have paddles in several sizes, this set offers a chance to use them, e.g., wear smaller paddles on the middle 150 and wear larger paddles on the third 150.
  • Substitute 200s for the 150s.

1 X 150 freestyle with no equipment1 X 150 pull1 X 150 pull, faster (paddles optional)
