Our set of the week is really four mini sets of 200 yards/meters each. As suggested with our previous mini sets (#1...#2...#3...#4), you can spice up a workout by inserting one of these sets at any point during practice. Or...you can string them together for a tough IM set. Or...if you're training, say, for the 200 fly, you could string two or more of the butterfly sets together. Ouch!
Faster/stronger swimmers could add 2 X 25 to each set at the end, repeating the 25-second sendoff or taking the sendoff down to 20 seconds or even :15 seconds.
